Refund policy: re-cut or refund

Simple and plain:

• If your reel isn't right, tell us what's wrong within 7 days of delivery.
• We'll re-cut it once for free based on your feedback, or
• we'll refund your $9 in full. Your choice.

When refunds apply automatically

• We miss the 72-hour delivery window and you don't want to wait — full refund, no questions.
• The footage turns out to have no usable highlights of your player and you'd rather have the money than a padded reel.

When refunds don't apply

• You change your mind after we've already delivered the reel and it's as described — but you're still entitled to one free re-cut.
• The uploaded footage wasn't of a game you had the right to share.

How to request

Email indiemarketingarsenal@proton.me with your order ID. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
